The Advantages of Riding a Motorcycle!

When my husband 1st planted the seed that he would appreciate to own a motorcycle I tried to ignore it. For all the apparent reasons like initial cost, site visitors safety problems, less structural protection, and defiant biker myths, I felt intimidated and scared. Now, two years later and a few rides beneath my belt, I wished I had opened up sooner.

The idea of riding on a motorcycle was overwhelmingly enticing, but also very frightening, as every time I came close to a motorized two-wheeler I kept recalling the motorcycle accident I had witnessed as a youngster, and the young man desperately calling out for his mother. Nine at the time, I was horrified of the victim lying on the cobblestone road, his leg weirdly twisted and blood running all more than his face. If you ask me, I honestly do not recall something about his bike, nor if he was wearing a helmet, and this being the mid-sixties I doubt he was. All I could focus on at the time was his pain and the horror in his eyes.

These days I recognize that accidents occur and that it does not matter exactly where you are, what you do or are making use of to get about. Heck, you can get hit by a bus just crossing the road. All I know is that riding a motorcycle has a large number of positive aspects which I, as a thrifty budgeter and rational adult can drastically appreciate.
