Ferrari Drops Another Meaningless Teaser Video of its 599 GTB Successor

The new Italian supercar that will replace the 599 GTB Fiorano in Ferrari's lineup and which may or may not be named the F620 GT has been video teased for the second time this week.

Sadly, Ferrari's video teasers are of little worth, as we don’t get to see anything substantial about its new supercar model.

What Ferrari has told us is that the 599 GTB's replacement is that it will be the most powerful production model in its history and that it will be fully revealed on February 29, about a week ahead of its first public appearance at the 2012 Geneva Auto Salon.

If you still want to watch the video, you'll find it below the break.

Video of the Day: 2012 Ram Laramie Limited Commands Scuba-Diving Supermodels from the Sea

It’s no secret that women love a man and his truck, but this ad for the 2012 Ram Laramie Limited takes it to a whole other (ridiculous) level. In today’s installment of Video of the Day, supermodel Vildane Zeneli does her best U.S. Navy Seal impression, sporting goggles, a diving knife and a pair of flippers as she rises up out of the water to sneak up on the Ram truck that’s waiting for her under a black cloth. Oh, and she’s wearing a bikini too. Minor detail.

The Laramie Limited is Ram’s contestant in the luxury truck class, competing against the likes of the GMC Sierra 1500 Denali and Ford’s F-150 Platinum edition. While pricing hasn’t been announced, we wouldn’t be surprised if the Laramie Limited’s starting price tag landed somewhere in the neighborhood of $45,000.

To justify the price tag Ram has loaded the Laramie Limited with features like chrome mirror caps, door handles, step bars, and grille. The Laramie Limited borrows its 20-inch aluminum wheels from the Laramie Longhorn while the Laramie Limited HD gets 17-inch polished aluminum wheels. Inside premium materials like leather are stitched to the seats, instrument panel, door paneling, and center console lid. Berber carpets hold your shoes and a black piano finish sits in the door paneling between the gray leather. Chrysler’s Uconnect system is also standard in the 2012 Ram Laramie Limited.

Of course, you don’t really see much of that in the commercial. We can’t really go into much more detail without spoiling the rest of the clip for you, but suffice it to say, the camera seems much more interested in the model than the product. Of course, we could be wrong. This might be an ad for bikini-scuba gear, with a big Ram truck serving as eye candy. You be the judge, watch the clip below.

Cadillac Drops New Press Shots and a Video of 2013 ATS Sedan

While we're still waiting for Cadillac to announce pricing for its new entry-level model that will arrive in U.S. showrooms this summer, Detroit's most premium brand released a dozen or so new photos of the ATS along with a video that highlights the sedan's "lightweight chassis".

We also discovered a somewhat incomplete table on Cadillac's consumer website, which compares the ATS 2.0-liter Turbo to the new 2012 BMW 328i that's powered by a 2.0-liter force-fed four as well.

Aside from the turbocharged engine, the 2013 ATS will be offered with a base 2.5-liter naturally aspirated inline-four delivering 200HP and 255Nm (188 lb-ft), and a 3.6-liter V6 with an output of 318HP and 362Nm (267 lb-ft) of peak torque.

All three available engines can be combined with either a 6-speed manual or a six-speed automatic transmission.
